Q	What if I need further technical information before ordering
A	Please telephone or email us with your queries. The FAQ section of the page before reaching the order form will often have the answers to your questions.
Q	How does delivery operate?
A	Delivery within South Africa is free of charge. The kit will be delivered by our couriers (MEC) within 48 hours to major centres and shortly after that to more outlying areas. The delivery label is created from your email order, please make sure that the contact details are correct. Delivery outside of South Africa is to be arranged by the customer. Please email us with the details (Name and contact Tel) of your courier company who will be collecting the kit from our premises in Cape Town. Your invoice will be packed in the box.
Q	What happens if you are out of stock on the kit I ordered?
A	If you have deposited the money in our account, we will send you an email requesting your account details and refund the amount to you. You may reply either choosing to wait for the next consignment or have your money refunded.
Q	What happens if I have already modified my suspension?
A	Please complete the comments section of the order, describing the change to your suspension. The installer of the modification should be able to give you the details. e.g. fitting of OME (old Man EMU) often raises the chassis from the axle by an additional 50mm If you have raised the body from the chassis, it does not affect our kits. We will usually try to find a kit, using the same spacers, that has a longer air spring by the amount you have raised the vehicle.
Q	When will my kit be sent?
A	We need to verify that your deposit reached our account. Electronic funds transfer to ABSA is immediate, most others will take a day, some 2 days, Namibia sometimes takes up to a week (mostly manual deposits). If you fax or email us a manual deposit slip, we still need to verify that the deposit has been concluded. If your bank has an email or notification system, we will accept that as proof of payment. If you are a known customer, we will sometimes send before payment, at our discretion
Q	When will you accept Credit Cards?
A	When Google sets up their infrastructure in South Africa for receiving Credit Card payments.
Q	What happens if I am not resident in South Africa?
A	You can claim the VAT back again.
Q	How do I get my Companies VAT details printed on the invoice?
A	Complete the VAT section of the Order with your companies Name and VAT number, please email or fax us a copy of the VAT certificate.
